It creates an other-worldly atmosphere.
Frank L Croston.: It was quite an experience Ray. Thanks.
Another fantastic shot of this burn, Frank! There's even a little bet of flame still there...
Frank L Croston.: There were a few, thank you Elizabeth.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Ginnie.

This is a wonderful picture of a very sad occasion, Frank. I wonder how it was breathing in that area sad
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Astrid, don't worry, it was a prescribed or controlled burn where they burn all the stuff on the ground to stop wildfires. I can tell you breathing was difficult, I had a mask over my mouth.
Magnifique !!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Claudine.

I think I can see flames from the fire. I can just image that the air must be very acrid.
Frank L Croston.: There were just a few left, it was a tad...

The two little flames are mesmerising.
Frank L Croston.: Just hanging on Louis.
Excellent atmospheric shot, I guess nature doesn't take too long to restore the woodland.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks Brian, no it doesn't take long for new growth.
You've caught the smoky atmosphere brilliantly, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks very much Beverley.
I certainly like this occasional series you have.

The flames seem to have created a smoky figure in the middle of it all.
Frank L Croston.: It does look that way Anne.
Wow, very atmospheric Frank! A great photo smile
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Martin.
Very good again Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks Michael.
