Yes painting can be a messy business Frank, not that I've ever tried..
Frank L Croston.: So it seems from all the artists I've seen at work, Chris. I keep meaning to start...
Il va falloir renouveller les couleurs ...
Frank L Croston.: It looks like it Claudine.

I vote for less on the left, so as to include more of the brushes. Still a looker as it is.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks Louis, I did take another shot including the brushes but I messed it up....
Makes a great subject......a really pleasing image, Frank smile
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Martin, thats very nice of you.
All familiar to me. I use a cover for the water as the cats will drink it, paint filled or not.
Frank L Croston.: Thats nice. Cats, crazy!
I can remember doing watercolour painting in the art class at school and the last thing in the lesson was washing all the paint trays clean ready for the next class to come in.
Frank L Croston.: Thats about when I stopped painting, though it was my favourite subject, I keep promising myself to start again.
Are these yours? If so then it is about time you cleaned the place up
Frank L Croston.: No they are not...Cheek .

I love working in watercolours, Frank. You've captured the look so well here.
Frank L Croston.: I keep promising myself to start, maybe one day....Thank you Beverley.
Time to clean up smile
Frank L Croston.: I'm sure they did, Tom....
Oh no! Don't tell me you can paint as well as take excellent photos!
Frank L Croston.: Only walls and woodwork Graeme, I can do a mean straight line though ! I keep meaning to start doing watercolours, who knows...A compliment like that from another photographer is much appreciated Graeme, thanks.
