Some kind of fairytale scene...
Frank L Croston.: Its my fairy tale Ray....smile
Beautiful details.. so lovely, Frank!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Elizabeth, no such thing as 'bad' weather at the Canyon . smile
I can imagine how eager you are each time, Frank, to see the mood of the canyon, wondering what it might be on any particular day.
Frank L Croston.: Oh yes indeed Ginnie, each visit is different, we are heading there today...

This is more like a painting than a photograph Frank - amazing..
Frank L Croston.: I think paintings capture the Grand Canyon better than photo's Chris, so your opinion of this ( photo ) makes me very happy, thank you, much appreciated.
Magnifique !!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Claudine.

I would be as you, Frank. BE there and take it all in. This is your fairy tale, what a fabulous fairy tale and you can even take pictures of it. (Great pictures)
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Astrid, I'm very lucky.
It is an awe inspiring place and clearly has you in its grasp
Frank L Croston.: True words, Bill, if only it wasn't full of tourists smile

This weather seems to suit the canyon with its drama.
Frank L Croston.: I think it enhances whatever weather it gets Andrew.

I especially like the effect of the different layers. You can obviously pick your time to just opop up the road to see it in all sorts of weather conditions.
Frank L Croston.: We are lucky that way, we do like to go ( Elizabeth's work permitting ) when there might be unusual weather.

It gives the feeling of high mountains, in stead of the edges of a canyon. Excellent picture.
Frank L Croston.: Well some of the peaks down in the canyon are quite high Louis. Thanks very much.
Holy Dramatic! wonderful shot, Frank!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you very much Mary.

So atmospheric! Lovely picture Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Anne, lucky to be there.
I can imagine the canyon must almost have its own climate most of the time.
Frank L Croston.: I think it does Brian, certainly temperatures are higher, or lower, than the rim.
I hope you escaped the storm!
Frank L Croston.: It stayed in the canyon Tom, we were ( fortunately ) happy spectators. smile

Biblical!!
Frank L Croston.: Haha...Thanks Bonnie.
Wow, love these scenes of the Canyon Frank..........I imagine the landscape changes dramatically through the day!
Frank L Croston.: Depending on the weather, it does, Martin. 'Bad' weather works well. smile Thanks.
