What an interesting image, Frank.

Do you think they had a plan for where to put each turbine...or just closed there eyes like I do when planting seedlings?
Frank L Croston.: Thats a good point Ray, this one seems rather haphazard, but larger ones, such as the Morecambe bay one seem to have more of a pattern. Glad you found it interesting, I certainly did as we flew over it.
This is so cool! I just love aerial shots! I like Ray's comment!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Elizabeth, it was a good sight to see, and yes, I liked Rays comment too.
Jolie prise de ces éoliennes. Avec les nuages, cela donne une très belle photo.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you very much Martine.

An amazing image, especially as there are boats down there as well
Frank L Croston.: It was great to see Chris, the boats added to the view.

A modern day sight Frank, something I would never have imagined.
Frank L Croston.: Indeed, Andrew, think of all the windmills that we could have converted instead of making them into round houses smile
I'm not really a fan of these things but they do make for a good picture from up there. I like the little ships making their way as well.
Frank L Croston.: Me either Brian, yes, seeing the ships added to the view.
belle prise devue des éoliennes ,meilleurs voeux
Frank L Croston.: Thank you very much, best wishes to you also.
Well seen & taken, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks very much, Beverley, it was a sight to see.
they are better out in sea than near people on the shore Frank....petersmile
Frank L Croston.: I have to agree in the main, Peter.
And still our government doesn't have a real "green" energy policy!
Frank L Croston.: Do they have a policy on anything, Tom ?
An interesting, unusual and striking picture, Frank. Like it
Frank L Croston.: I'm pleased you think so, Graeme. It was a great view.
We put them on land of course because ice in the water in winter would dislodge them.

Love the cloud from above.
Frank L Croston.: Of course, they don't get much ice in the Irish sea. smile
