A classic sort of shot Frank, the tree makes it for me
Frank L Croston.: I liked the ongoing repeat of the ridges ,Chris, but it needs the tree.Thank you.

I am intrigued by what looks like a plateau covered in trees on yonder step.
Frank L Croston.: Not quite sure where you mean Andrew, but the North rim is tree lined.
A fine use of B&W Frank. The tree is the finishing touch
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Bill, it does need the tree.
Good example of why I use a b/w version of the photo I am painting along with a colour version. Wonderful!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Mary.
That 'recession' word comes into play again witht his one Frank, what a terrific landscape.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you very much, Brian.

I just can't take in these huge gaping landscapes
Frank L Croston.: They are difficult to take in, Elisabeth, but wonderful.
