One of the great names of the motor industry. Is the Pontiac brand still in use?

Silly question perhaps Frank but, is Pontiac an Indian name?
Frank L Croston.: Not silly, Andrew... Yes, he was an Indian chief who fought the British in the 1700's. They named the war after him.
There must be a reason why Pontiac used an Indian head for their logo.
Frank L Croston.: Pontiac was an indian chief who fought against the British in the 1700's, Brian.
Mohican hair cut, nasty people, but I would let them loose on a man who goes to London to photograph a urinal. And some other people on SC.

He's got a fast horse!
