That canyon never looks the same way twice! So pretty!
Frank L Croston.: Never, Bonnie, thats why we keep going, lucky us smile
This works so well in B.& W., I suspect it wouldn't have quite as much impact in colour.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Brian, oh I don't know, Elizabeths were pretty good.

What an amazing picture - very dramatic in b&w
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Anne, my good friend ( and wife) posted the rainbow ones so I had to do something different! smile
You'll certainly never be pushed for a subject out there, Frank!
Frank L Croston.: Very true, Tom.
Started smoking, eh?

This is wonderful and really portrays the deepness.

When the clouds 'veil' like this over here, it is normally an indication that rain or snow is coming down, over there. Now when it is misty, it is normally low hanging cloud. I think now that if you take the bottom (ground level) away like here in the canyon, the low hanging cloud stretches to reach the bottom.

Excellent picture in b&w.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Louis, this was a rain cloud, with a rainbow...Bottom r/h corner.

You had the best weather to get some great shots, Frank. LOVE it.
Frank L Croston.: On that day we did, at the Canyon, 'bad' weather can be the best....Thank you, Astrid.
