Underneath the arches...

In Phoenix Arizona, there's 'big stack' and 'little stack', this one is the little....It looks more like a monorail from this angle, I can assure you its not!

This is gorgeous. We have stack like this in Raleigh, but I have never been able to photograph it as I drive alone,..
Frank L Croston.: Well with my trusty co-pilot I am fortunate to be able to do this, Larry, thanks.

I am familiar with monstrosities like this, in Bangkok, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Monstrous, but practical, Ray.
I always love how these look! Great shot, Frank!
Frank L Croston.: Me too! Thanks for keeping it smooth, Ell'. smile
That is a wonderful shot. Very nicely composed.

Another spaghetti junction Frank?
Frank L Croston.: More stylish, Andrew, with some nice artwork involved.
Makes spaghetti junction look simple
Frank L Croston.: Fortunately I usually have my trusty native guide with me...smile

Oh to have those flyovers in Scumsville; we just just have traffic lights controlling the traffic (and some of the worst air quality in the UK!). This looks quite futuristic.
Frank L Croston.: It certainly does when you drive through/over these overpasses. Doesn't sound like a fun place for your cycling, Alan...Head up North.
I remember one from phoenix. Seattle has a similar system and many other places too.
Frank L Croston.: I suppose they do, we have them in the U.K. too
The equivalent of Birmingham's spaghetti junction! Good in mono, Frank!
Frank L Croston.: Similar, but pleasanter, Tom, thanks.
it's a very futuristic image Frank... superb point of view and it's great in b&w....petersmile
Frank L Croston.: A futuristic place, Peter, thanks very much.
It is for sure like Spaghetti Junction but seems to have a much more pleasant surrounding area.
Frank L Croston.: That would be my take on it, Brian.
similar to Spaghetti Junction (Moreland Interchange of I-85 and I-285 in Atlanta
Frank L Croston.: We have a spaghetti junction in Birmingham England, I guess they are all similar.
