Like that scene in the movie "Close Encounters of the Third Kind".
Frank L Croston.: I should have put the music with it...
Fantastic shot, Frank! Love those con-trails!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Elizabeth, a lucky look up...smile I like that the con-trails skirt the edge of the canyon, as ordered.

The contrails make this for me with their strong diagonals and also rh silhouettes. Look like someone has flash attache to their camera.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Alan, yes it does look that way.

I doubt if they're worshipping contrails so they must be sun enthusiasts
Frank L Croston.: You can never be sure here, Chris....smile

Excellent Frank, the best shot I have seen for some time.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Mike, very much appreciated.
Très bel effet, j'aime beaucoup.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks very much, Martine.
No mate, like me they are looking for a rest home.
Frank L Croston.: What? Again ?
The lodgepole pine looks great against the sky with the textures visible.

A stunning image Frank, love the monochrome and viewpoint.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks very much, Anne, I was climbing up from a viewpoint over the Grand canyon and saw this.
Hoping for a close encounter Frank?
Frank L Croston.: You never know, Andrew, but that's more likely in Sedonahttps://www.theguardian.com/travel/2017/jan/05/spiritual-sedona-arizona-vortex-wellbeing-new-age-hotels
I guess there's plenty of wide open skies in Arizona with all the desert type areas. This is a terrific image.
Frank L Croston.: They are endless, Brian, thank you, go to the Grand canyon, turn your back on it and get this!
Followers of the Sun god?
Frank L Croston.: Lots of those here, Bill, few members in Droitwich I bet. smile

The sacred gathering of the chemtrails... eek!
Frank L Croston.: On your knees!
Photographers is my guess smile
Frank L Croston.: Quite possibly, Tom smile
