About perfect composition, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Ray. Much appreciated.
A beautiful photo, Frank - Very painterly!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Elizabeth, glad you think so.
It looks crude Frank, but I'm sure it must work.
Frank L Croston.: Oh I'm sure it does, Andrew, quite well built actually.
Ready for the truck to pull up, Frank?! Very painterly, indeed.
Frank L Croston.: All set, Ginnie, thank you.

Very pleasing, too. Your wife has summed this up nicely for me. I guess when originally built there weren't the birch trees so close.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Alan,Probably not, I would think its quite old.

Did they "shute" off the end or into a vehicle, Frank?
Frank L Croston.: Into a vehicle Elisabeth, hence its height, we see a lot of them around.

They chute cattle here? Not much in use by the looks. Makes a good picture.
Frank L Croston.: They'll shoot anything here, Louis! Not used anymore I doubt, thanks.
It loos to have seen a lot of use in its time.
Frank L Croston.: I would think it has, Bill, maybe as a loo too...smile

a spring-like image!
Frank L Croston.: Taken in the fall though, Philine. smile
This may have solved a puzzle I encountered in the woods.
Frank L Croston.: We see a lot of these around here, Mary, glad to help. smile
I suspect its working days are long gone. Would the cattle have used this in both directions?
Frank L Croston.: I suspect so, Brian, I think so, yes, both ways.
I would never have guessed its purpose...
Frank L Croston.: Pleased to help out Larry..smile
