Nice one Frank. I had to think about what I was looking at to begin with
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Chris, it can optically delude you...smile
Dramatic,at first glance they look like black holes!
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Martin, they do!
Just fabulous Frank!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Richard.
Must be black clouds above.
Frank L Croston.: Big white ones methinks, Mary
now that is a fine twist to the Grand Canyons, Frank. i love it
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Ayush, the shadows can be a feature of the canyon, so I thought I'd include them.
Apart from the great shadows I'm overcome by the sheer enormity of the place in this picture. I wonder if anybody has ever tried to reach that pinnacle in the centre.
Frank L Croston.: It is hard to comprehend when you are there, Brian, I'm pretty sure someone has, though I believe climbing is not allowed in the canyon. Not that that has ever stopped anyone.
This fools the eyes at first. Nice one Frank
Frank L Croston.: It does, Bill, thanks.
Certainly changes the scene!
Frank L Croston.: I thought I would try and make the shadows part of it for once, Tom

Reminds me of our trip. Just beautiful...the shadows make it so unique.
Frank L Croston.: It is, Bonnie, I feel so lucky to have visited it so many times now, and hope to again.
