Magnifique arbre solitaire sous ce ciel menaçant.
Frank L Croston.: Indeed it is, Martine, thanks.
This is beautiful, Frank! Mine came out looking quite different. I'll have to show you, and see what you think.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Elizabeth, I'll take a look...smile

Perhaps one of the few trees around, Frank? It is a very beautiful shape
Frank L Croston.: Not really, Elisabeth, I do like its shape, I've taken it before.

It survived where all others perished
Frank L Croston.: Seems that way, Chris.
It appears to be standing proud Frank.
Frank L Croston.: That is how I see it, Andrew.
View of a Tree could be and alternative title because it is all about the tree in my eye. Lovely bones!
Frank L Croston.: Well yes, depends where you are stood I suppose, Mary...smile

Very dramatic. When I see a tree like this, I always think of a hanging tree. That will be the result of some movie I saw. The opening shot of the tree, men hanging and Ollie Cromwell and his henchmen, leaving the scene.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Louis, would that be the one with Richard Harris and Alec Guiness ?
Brilliant image, I would love to see this tree for myself.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Brian, I've taken it before, it looks great without its leaves. You can get to it from the road.

Frank L Croston.: Pretty much, Paul.
A view with a tree...
