This is a sumptuous pano, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Ray...Sumptuous place.
I'm so glad this one didn't get deleted! It's beautiful - a little more green than when I was there!
Frank L Croston.: Just a bit, and on this occasion I didn't go the wrong way...Duh...smile
A wonderful pano Frank!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Richard

Are you going to delete this one now you have shown it, Frank?

Nice & dramatic in a Cumbrian way Frank. You'll need an empty memory card for all those mountains & deserts in the US of A
Frank L Croston.: Hopefully I will, Chris. Thanks.
I really must do a mass delete....Shaw would say I should delete everything.

This is a nice find!
Frank L Croston.: It was! No doubt he would....

Quite a view and you worked hard to get the shot. Delete carefully.
Frank L Croston.: It is Louis. Not too hard, it's quite an accessible climb up here.Oh I will, don't worry, it's more of a reorganisation.
What a lovely scene. Makes the lungs expand just looking at it.
Frank L Croston.: In local dialect, 'It's reet grand'...smile Thanks, Mary.
Julia Bradbury's walk on T.V.on Friday evening was to the top of Castle Crag, oh to be young and fit again so Maureen and I could do it.
Frank L Croston.: Elizabeth and I did it last time she was here, it is a grand walk, I'm sorry you can't make it Brian.

Even from the thumbnail I knew that this was the Lakes - despite the sun! I stood in the same position last November but not sun sad
Frank L Croston.: Yes, the sun does detract, Alan...smile Elizabeth and I did it last time she was here. I saved this 'til last when I was trying to complete the 'Wainwrights' just in case i couldn't get up anywhere bigger! Pleased to say that when I repeated it with Elizabeth I was able to make it up the slate heap non stop! The mountain rescue team were very impressed!

I've just caught up with last Friday's "Best Walks" TV programme; Julia Bradbury and Sir Chris Bonnington were up there.
Frank L Croston.: Don't know if I've seen that one, I'll check the iplayer

Oh.. Brain said that, too; I must read the other comments sometimes!
Frank L Croston.: Might be wise Alan, not that it matters, it boosts my comments. smile
