Heading off

I was lucky to catch this, driving down to Phoenix from Flagstaff, U.S.A. I took it from the car at about 70mph, just seeing them through a gap in the trees. Of course you might think it wasn't worth bothering...:-)

It was a fine outcome, Frank.

But...don't take that as endorsement of, or justification for, your outrageous driving habits. I suppose you were standing on one leg on the driver's seat...second leg with shoe and sock off, steering...half your lanky body thrust up through the sun-roof...
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Ray...Well you know how it is when someone says " bet you can't...." smile

Definitely worth bothering Frank, a fine grab shot
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Chris, got lucky!
Well worth going for Frank, hoping of course that you were not behind the wheel at the time!
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Martin...No, don't worry...smile
With the amount of geese we see flying overhead every day, it would not be an unusual sight for me. But if it is something you rarely see.....
Frank L Croston.: We see them often over the house here, I think we are on a migratory route, I always enjoy seeing them, or just hearing them when it's cloudy, I didn't see many in the U.S.A. though, probably in the wrong place.
Of course it was worth bothering, well taken at that speed.
Frank L Croston.: I usually call shots from the car 'delete shots', Brian, got lucky with this one.
I hope you weren't driving......
Frank L Croston.: Why? smile
A fine capture in the circs, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Tom, I surprised myself!
It's amazing how you captured this, Frank!! Wonderful!
(I like Rays description!! I'd like to see that!)
