A wonderful image Frank. I am intrigued as to the story behind these abandoned items out in the middle of nowhere
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Chris. Here is a link that might explain.http://geogypsytraveler.com/2013/07/22/a-spring-visit-to-lees-ferry-lonely-dell-ranch/ We found the truck about half a mile further up the trail from the last cabin of the ranch/farm, just before the cemetery.
There must be many vehicles rusting away in the USA Frank.
Frank L Croston.: We came across lots of them, of course in Arizona they don't really rust away...Just sit there waiting for photographers. smile
Love the green bits.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Michael, this was a great find.
Gives a whole new meaning to fly tipping Frank
Frank L Croston.: Just like it got parked up one day, and forgotten...
This old timer hasn't moved in a while.
Frank L Croston.: Indeed, Mary, I'd love to know how long.
Phew, what a find Frank!
Frank L Croston.: That was pretty much my reaction, Richard. smile
What a find and a terrific photo Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Brian, I was so excited to find it...Like a big kid! smile

A bit of air in the tyres, some gas in the tank and it would be good to go. Oh.. no engine..ah.. A good find. I've seen sights myself.
Frank L Croston.: That would be a drawback, Alan...It was, I'm sure you have...smile
Fantastic rust... Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones...
Frank L Croston.: Yes it was. Thank you, and the same to you, Larry, all the best.
A great subject, Frank!
Frank L Croston.: Yes it was, Tom, one of many that day...smile
...and what a find Frank...I'd have spent an hour or two even here!
Frank L Croston.: You think we didn't, Fred smile
The background is great...
the truck has character...
the machine with the drums is interesting...
and i have no idea how they got all of the stuffing out of the spring mattress...
there is a lot to see here Frank....petersmile

OH!!! and belated Merry Christmas....petersmile
Frank L Croston.: Ha, I'll save it for next Christmas, Peter...smile Yes, I was intrigued by the drum machine. I would think the wildlife dealt with the stuffing...smile Thanks.
