Now I know why you were happy to be back in the car. Great series on the blizzard... this is old fashion for us.. Wonder if we get to see weather like this, this winter...
Fabulous pictures!!
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Astrid, I certainly was happy....smile
Terrific shot, Frank! I am so glad you were back in the car by then. I was worried sick... smile

Oh this is wonderful. I like the starkness in this and how visible the blowing snow is. Did you consider a composition with the front tree just off centre?
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Alan, much appreciated, I did take other shots of this and one of them was as you say.

This makes me yearn for the snowstorms of my childhood, Frank, living even further north than Blackpool!
Frank L Croston.: Really... So where was that then? smile
This is FABULOUS, Frank! The kind of place I'd like to be at least once this winter.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Ginnie, as long as you are prepared it can be good!
Has it not stopped yet Frank?
Frank L Croston.: Nearly all gone now, Andrew, bright sunshine today, I'm overheating now!

An almost symmetrical composition. Excellent.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you very much, Louis.
Terrific shots of the blizzard Frank. It's still mild, wet and windy here but supposed to be getting colder at the weekend
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Janet, we go from below freezing in the morning, to 50deg'f most days, then back to freezing as soon as the sun goes down.
Another fine image Frank. I hadn't thought Arizona would get snow this early in the season.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks Brian, not unusual I believe, the Snowbowl on mt' Humphreys opens this week.
A lovely image to view on screen, I wouldn't relish being caught up in this .
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Martin,no, it wouldn't be pleasant.
This is wonderfully processed, Frank. Seems like what I drove to town in yesterday going between bright sunshine and snow showers intermittently all the way.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Mary, yes, that's how it was, just not much sunshine.
Cracking picture once again Frank
Frank L Croston.: Many thanks, Bill.
2 powerful pictures, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you very much, Graeme.
