Nothing but....

Taken at the musical instruments museum, ( M.I.M.) in Phoenix Arizona U.S.A.

Where I spent a happy four or five hours, well worth a visit.

Great shot of this wonderful display! No doubt your favorite "corner" of the museum! smile

Frank L Croston.: And this isn't all of them Larry.
this is the most harpoons that i have ever seen in one place Frank...
they represent millions of blues riffs....petersmile
Frank L Croston.: This isn't all of them either, Peter, if harmonicas could speak..(.But of course they can! smile )

Haha I thought you were doing a self portrait. I was about to compliment you on a fine collection, still one can dream.
Frank L Croston.: I don't think you could put a price on this lot, Mike, a wonderful collection.
The only one I can read is Charlie Musselwhite who is deserving. I would happily spend an afternoon there.
Frank L Croston.: Some of them were difficult to read, but there were quite a few, 'Wow', moments when I deciphered them. It is a great place, I really enjoyed it.

Amazing collection and a great presentation.
Check this one out if you have time. 90 years old Belgian...and famous Toots Tielemans.

Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Astrid, if you are ever near, well worth a trip, I'll take a look.
What an amazing collection, one can almost hear the blues being played on these all those years ago.
Frank L Croston.: This wasn't all of them either, Brian, you are given a set of headphones with your ticket and as you visit each section the appropriate music plays, a really great place, I took stacks of photo's which added to the enjoyment, everything was so well presented.
Looks like a fascinating place to while away some time Frank
Are these harmonicas?
I took my harpoon out of my dirty red bandana
and blowing sad while Bobby sang the blues

Are those harmonicas, Frank? They certainly summed up the sounds of the blues.
