Lovely...like a pleasant scene in a dream, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: That's a nice description of it, thanks, Ray.
Superb Mr. Croston. You're a brilliant guy... smile
Frank L Croston.: Well thank you, M'am, don't know about that though...smile

It looks like a model but it can't be..
Frank L Croston.: You mean I spent all that time placing those little figures on the beach for you not to believe it!
Thanks, Chris smile
Love it!! This has the feel of tilt shift but not weird like most of them are
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Bill, it can be a strange effect, this one I liked.

Very enjoyable Frank, I like the use of spot focus here.

So flat, definitely not around the Grand Canyon. The focus makes it look dreamy as indicated by Ray.
Frank L Croston.: 5000 miles away, Louis....Thanks.
Very interesting and wonderful shot. I would like to know how you accomplished it
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Mary. Well there are some complicated methods in photoshop to achieve this, involving blur and such, however my Canon G12 has an in camera mode for it, so all you do is choose your subject, choose the width of what is in focus, and what you want in focus, and snap away....smile Some things work better than others.
i love the haziness
Frank L Croston.: Pleased you do, Chantal. Thanks.
