It is an impressive creation, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Ray,glad you think so.
And you did such a beautiful job, that it looks completely real! Excellent, Frank!
(That guy should be ashamed!)
Frank L Croston.: Thank you very much, Elizabeth. To be fair it is more the magazine that is wrong, the guy did say what he had done, don't know why I'm wasting energy on something so trivial...smile
And you did a great job here Frank!
Frank L Croston.: Thanks very much, Richard.

It is one thing to see the moment, it is another thing to know how to take a best picture of that moment. You are another thing. Likey.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Louis, you are very kind, much appreciated.
Who cares if it is real? It makes a great picture
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Bill, well I'm glad you like it, what annoyed me about the photo in question was I admired it and wished I had taken it, a real decisive moment shot, then I read the note on it and it was completely made up! Fine in a photoshop competition, but not a landscape one, but I'm probably being a bit precious about it...I'll just invent stuff from now on, it'll save on airfares..smile
I think it is full of potential, I could imagine a tight longitudinal crop working well.
Frank L Croston.: It probably is Martin, thanks, it was just a filling time project 'til I could take something real...smile
Nicely done, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Mary.
your composition is perfect
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Chantal.
Well, then, you could have fooled me, Frank. I think it's splendid!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Ginnie, I'm glad you like it.
wow... stunning Frank..
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Aderonke, I'm pleased you think so.
Wow, really nice!
Frank L Croston.: Thanks very much, Taylor.
A very good real shot Frank. These days a lot of the 'best' pictures I see in camera clubs and exhibitions are made up from a collection of parts of images which is o.k.in my book because they can be superb to look at, but for ordinary photographers like me and my fellow club members it puts us at an immediate disadvantage if we try and get our photos accepted outside the club.
Frank L Croston.: We may have to agree to differ on this, Brian, I have no objection to people 'making pictures up' if they want to, I've done it myself, but surely the whole point of a photograph is that it is a moment in time captured, if you just 'make it up', we might as well just have a library of shots and sit at home creating pictures, never having to leave the house. Rant over smile

Very magical Frank, I'd vote for it.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Andrew, that's very nice of you.
What is real? if you want to get beyond snapshots.
Frank L Croston.: Who knows anymore, John.
Lovely image, Frank - but the reference to the magazine escapes me - which mag?
Real or not... this is great.
Frank L Croston.: Well it is all real, just at different places...smile Thanks, Jacquelyn.
