Oooer; is that really ice on the right? I can just imagine the sound of the tumbling waters and the chill coming off the water.

I came across Vail Pass this afternoon; plenty of snow up there.
Frank L Croston.: Yes it is, Alan, I took this last year on the million dollar highway on our way to Ouray.
This is awesome, Frank!! I didn't get a good shot of this - great job!!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Elizabeth, I'm sure you did...smile

Frank L Croston.: Very, very, Chris, thanks.
Looks like one could have fun here Frank with a camera and tripod.
Frank L Croston.: Yes you could, Michael, and only a few steps from the car.

Is that ice? I see Mr Shaw is being grumpy again
Frank L Croston.: Yes it is, Bill. I wouldn't have him any other way, it would scare me...smile

Awesome!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Jennie.
well then all you have to do is plonk a beer down there and pull it up in a couple of minutes, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: I felt more like something hot at that moment, Ayush..smile
Breathe taking frank .....such a nice image fella
Frank L Croston.: It was, Shane, thank you.
I guess the waterfall has smashed its way through the ice by sheer force.
Frank L Croston.: I think the ice is formed from the waterfall spray, Brian, just keeping the hole open with the force of the water, of course when it gets colder it all freezes.
