Have you acquired wisdom, Frank?
Frank L Croston.: I'm full of it,
Loved the video Frank... nice shot shots of Monument Valley...

now let's talk about this man standing on the corner... great candid shot...
he has as much graffiti on his skin as there is on the bricks in the background... great presentation....petersmile
Frank L Croston.: Glad you enjoyed it, Peter,it is quite good,a fair representation of a road trip in America, where I find the journey itself can be almost as much fun as the destinations. Yes, he certainly had a lot of skin
Excellent catch, Frank!! Especially with the mural in the background! Next week I'll take you to Winslow, and you'll have a whole new perspective! smile
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Ms Buckalew,i look forward to watching you slow down ,to take a look at me ,in Winslow Arizona. Those murals are great,a shame the cars hide them, they are works of art.
I was thinking of a completely different song Frank
Frank L Croston.: You know, I had completely forgotten that song, thanks, Bill.

Yes who knows how life will turn out? I like the wall mural but less keen on the guy's tattoos.
Frank L Croston.: I'm still pinching myself occasionally, Alan, from self inflicted solitude,to living ( temporarily for the time being) in America....Yes, I prefer the murals, I think the thing with tattoos,is knowing when to stop, but each to his own.

Frank L Croston.: Now would I be doing that? Glad you enjoyed it,Elisabeth.

Frank L Croston.: He was passing by, Chad,on a
Which bit of shoot some good looking ladies in Flagstaff didn't you understand Frank apart from Ellie.
Frank L Croston.: You wanted street shots ! No b****Y pleasing some people! Wait 'til you see tomorrows. smile
waiting for something
Frank L Croston.: He was just watching for traffic, Chantal.

There is a wonderful old blues number which goes something like this:

''Standing on the corner
With my suitcase in my hand
Looking for a woman
Who's looking for a man.''

I can't remember which album of mine it was on
Frank L Croston.: Are you thinking of ,'Sweet Jane', by the velvet underground, that has a very similar lyric, Richard, not a blues number though. I'm intrigued now....

A serious dude.

Strange how the mural seems to fit the location, but the roof of the building looks completely alien!
Frank L Croston.: He had it all going on, Mike. There are a series of murals along that building, all of them depicting historical, local, events, they are really good ( Flagstaff has lots of murals ) Unfortunately there are always cars parked, blocking the view of them, and yes, you are right about the roof.
Going one way too.
Frank L Croston.: Yes he was,
Very well caught shot Frank, and a great song and video. That would scare me to death I think over/undertaking those big trucks on the wrong side!
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Brian, glad you enjoyed them, It doesn't bother me,after driving up and down the M6 for so many years. smile
