I can add my own soundtrack to this fine shot, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: I'll bet it would be similar to mine, Ray. smile Thank you.
I remember standing there with you - watching that truck rush by. One of our many wonderful days! X
Frank L Croston.: Didn't we buy something that day? Two, if I remember...Oh, and that nice fried bread, mmmm. smile
cool movement in this capture
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Chantal.

I like this Frank: nice sky, whizzing red truck. That colour always helps a shot like this..
Frank L Croston.: The sky was exceptional, Chris, and just when you want one, a red truck! Thanks.

I like the way you have captured the lorry with blur conveying its sense of speed.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Chad, I like that you have faith in my ability to do this on purpose...smile
...love those trucks Frank
Frank L Croston.: Me too, Juan Carlos, Elizabeth just doesn't get it, " It's just a truck" smile
A fine example of intentional blur. Good one.
Frank L Croston.: If i'm truthful...It wasn't altogether intentional...Thanks all the same, Mary. smile
Like those clouds...
Frank L Croston.: They were very nice that evening, Larry.

That sky is sooooo nice......and i,d love to drive a truck from NY to LA ....the OLD Route 66 ....great shot frank
Frank L Croston.: The sky that evening was really nice, Shane, I had the same ambition once, I love driving on these long highways, window down, music playing, livin' the dream Shane! Livin' the dream! smile
Lumbering right along!
Frank L Croston.: And roaring up the grade, Ginnie.
Highway 89 revisitedsmile The treatment works well for this Frank
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, John, the sky was great, a red truck a bonus! smile
It's amazing you had time to think about shutter speed!
Frank L Croston.: I'm saying nothing, Tom....smile
A fine and different approach here, makes a cracking image
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Martin, I'm glad you like it.

Wonderful skies, Frank. The red of the truck looks good against it. All the US truck cabs look the same, don't they? They all seem to have the long nose for the engine; quite dated in some ways.
Frank L Croston.: The engine at the front, ( conventional) gives more room in the cab, makes it quieter also, and is easier for maintenance,as opposed to the flat front, ( cabover), I believe, Alan. I like the older ones, I love seeing them, Elizabeth just can't understand it...smile
