Sometimes these trees are the main beauty of the Canyon, in my humble opinion, Frank. This is a case in point.

Both are not breathing anymore, but still are in the watch positions. A great shot, with the foreground objects emphasizing depth.

Looks great in B&W, Frank. I'm not usually a lover of B&W landscape shots but this works well and makes the most of the the old tree.
