Frank L Croston.: Good,I wasn't a fan...Thanks, Ray.
Oooh very cool! Love these old cars, and so appropriate to see them on Old Route 66! Great job on the selective coloring!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you,Ms Buckalew, and for the use of Poppy to get me there, whilst you worked for a living...smile

Now that's a smooth operator, Frank!
Frank L Croston.: It rumbled nicely as well,Ginnie...smile
the crv makes an interesting counterpoint to this gleaming, well maintained beauty. really like the side panels and the white lettering on the tyres
Frank L Croston.: It was a fine vehicle,Ayush, I remember when I used to take the trouble to highlight the lettering on my tyres, happy days.

I would not mind a vehicle like that Frank, so long as it did 50 mpg of course.
Frank L Croston.: With fuel at $1-34 a gallon, you don't need to worry about m.p.g. Chad. smile

Bit of a drag having to wash and polish and shine it every week. ;-)
Frank L Croston.: They don't get dirty like here, Richard, just a film of dust...smile
You can get a lot of tin cans out of this car Frank, give me a Fiat 500 any day.
Frank L Croston.: I can't picture you in one those,Michael.... ( Not without laughing! ) smile

With fins and a rocking motion I guess this excellent picture can double up as a 'Boat Friday'
Frank L Croston.: Some of them roll like boats,Louis, though not this one I suspect. smile
What a fine motor Frank, I guess this comes in the American category of being a classic car.
Frank L Croston.: A belter,Brian,I should imagine it does.
Nice.....
Frank L Croston.: Isn't it? smile
From the way it sparkles and shines, Frank, it's obvious that the owner takes excellent care of it. Probably spends hours lovingly washing and hand polishing it.
Frank L Croston.: I would imagine so,Beverley,I'm sure it gives him much pleasure.
Great photo! Love the red tail lights how they just pop.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you,Jacquelyn.
Iconic Frank
Frank L Croston.: I thought so, Sarah.
