Oh I love the golden tones in this one - it's so amazing the different colors you're able to bring out with your camera! This is beautiful!

Stunning wind sculptures here, Frank, and you are showing them off well.
Frank L Croston.: Its all water, Ray,a very narrow slot canyon in the middle of a dry ( sometimes) river bed,at the entrance it is really wide,so in flood the water rises up almost to the top,it can happen very quickly, eleven people drowned in the 90's,after getting caught here.

Yes, 127 hours! A sobering thought. Its incredible to think that water did this and how quickly it can rise. I love the textures and colours.

Frank L Croston.: Yes,and read the book,didn't particularly like either,mind you,when I saw the film I knew the story,so it detracted somewhat.
Looks as though it might be easier to levitate!
