All I can say is you've got to be damn fit to do this Frank..
Frank L Croston.: Well I surprised myself Chris, having not done any serious hiking for a while, and we'd done a much longer hike the day before, spurred on by Buckalew !
Oupsss....il faut etre courageux pour faire cette escalade ..
Frank L Croston.: And very careful, Claudine smile
OMG, Frank. It looks scary seeing it like this from afar...but probably seems doable up close and personal?!
Frank L Croston.: I must admit when I saw this it was daunting, but I thought I've come this far, not turning back now !

That is a challenge and I wonder now about the name.... how many "angels" flew of that path.....
I do see some railing though, but still... Did you and Elizabeth climb up??
Frank L Croston.: It was, but we did it ! A few people have fallen of here. I wondered about the original climb, that must have been quite something.
There is no way I would go up there!
Frank L Croston.: Wont take you then....smile

The cable lift seems to be broken, with all the people climbing up and down. Very impressive and some sections look dangerous. I like how one can get a feeling of depth in this picture.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Louis, some parts are very dangerous, as the casualty lists tell you.
A great picture, a larger version of the ledge at Hellvellyn I guess. I couldn't do this, not even for every dollar in America!
Frank L Croston.: Similar in a lot of ways to Striding edge, and Sharp edge on Blencathra, but if someone tried to put chain railings on them there would be an outcry! I enjoyed it, and, ( in my English way ) was secretly proud of myself smile
I'll see you down below! Too scary looking for me.
Frank L Croston.: Ok, see you there Mary smile
