What a great shot! It might be fun tying flies... Some are so pretty!
Frank L Croston.: When I've seen it done it does look like it would be a good hobby. Thanks Elizabeth.
Joli mélange de couleurs.
Frank L Croston.: They were very attractive, Martine.
I am surprised that there is not a line of fish out the door, waiting to purchase their favorite snacks...
Frank L Croston.: It was in a rough area and they were scared they might get battered, Ray...

How interesting. I suppose each type is aimed at catching a particular sort of fish..
Frank L Croston.: I imagine so Chris, fishing is a mystery to me.

I do like some of the names. I would image that some shepherds refer to at least one of their flock as a Wooly Bugger.
Frank L Croston.: I'm sure they do, Alan. smile
De quoi faire differentes pêches ..jolies couleurs !
Frank L Croston.: They are great colours Claudine.
I wonder if Mr Shaw will be tying his own flies?
Frank L Croston.: Who knows, Bill ? Looking at the prices of these he may prefer to.
Look for some that look like sand eels, if you see any bring me a couple back please Frank.
Frank L Croston.: I wouldn't have a clue what they are, but I'll look out. I thought fly fishers caught Salmon/Trout etc ?
this is quite interesting and unusual for me, Frank. nice shot.
Frank L Croston.: Me too, all I know about fishing is they try and catch fish....Thanks Ayush.
A great selection of flies, I'm presuming from comments Michael is a keen fly fisherman.
Frank L Croston.: It was, Brian. He mentioned that he's taking it up, he already is a keen fisherman.
There are some beautiful flies out there. My son uses them when he finds time.
Frank L Croston.: Not something I know anything about, Mary, but they are attractive.
Google sand eels, you can fly fish for bass using flies.
