Our Al, visiting you at the moment, Frank? smile

Mountain bike day tours can be good fun, once you get off the black-top.

Your pic is top shelf, as usual.
Frank L Croston.: I did think about Alan when I took this. There are some great bike routes around Sedona. I do quite fancy a go myself. Thanks, Ray. Much appreciated.
This is so good in B&W! Nice capture, Frank!
Frank L Croston.: Too much Thanks, Elizabeth.

did you plan it or just happen upon it while looking down from your vantage point ?
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Sherri.I just happened upon it as we were hiking above, fortunately he paused long enough for me to get the shot.

This is fabulous and what an experience that will be, Frank. Maybe Alan will join you wink
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Astrid. It would be fun smile
At first, Frank, I thought you had snow!!! I do love the expansive feel to this. A bike-lover's dream, I'm sure.
Frank L Croston.: Today we have six inches of snow! This place is your fave', Sedona !

The world is full of thrill-seekers Frank. Looks like he's going to cycle down the side of a mountain..
Frank L Croston.: This place is full of them, Chris. Well it drops down into a gulley then continues along the trail.

Looks like a bumpy ride, Frank. What a background for your figure!
Frank L Croston.: Smooth compared to the rest of the trail, Elisabeth. A wonderful place!
Très belle prise de vue !!
Cela doit être super agreable de faire du velo dans un tel endroit
Bonne journée
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Claudine, just what I was thinking smile

Oh fabulous! This brings back memories of the fun of the Slickrock Trail near Moab, Utah. I've not ridden my mountain biking nor=ow for nearly two miles and I'm wondering if its time to sell that bike.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Alan, I thought you might like this. You know what will happen if you sell it....

Great shot of the cyclist riding over this frozen lava or whatever Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Andrew, I should imagine it was liquid at sometime. ( Not recently though, as hot as it does get here smile )

Quite a block of rock. The smoothed cliff faces at the back, has me thinking they are the sleeping cliffs of baboons.
Frank L Croston.: Isn't it just, Louis...Very impressive. Not seen any
I can imagine that is quite a bumpy ride across that area.
Frank L Croston.: On his route thats probably the smoothest bit, Brian !
I like how the fellow's shadow shows him tucked down when he really is not. Well done.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Mary, seems everyone likes the shadow.

What a great shot.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Anne, I was pleased to get it.
I love the sharp shadow of the cyclist Frank
Frank L Croston.: I always try to include the shadow, thanks, Bill.
They look like terraces of lava...
Frank L Croston.: They do, Larry, but this area is not volcanic, all limestone and sandstone, and all under water one time. ( Not recently smile )
