This is as good as it gets.
Really awesome effort.
THe contrasting blacks and whites, the details in the trees, the foreground and a hint of background 10/10

Amazing. You captured the emotion of a winter landscape.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you Beth, it really was wintery, but that made the scene.
Ahhhh I remember this - one of our favorite vacations!!! Beautiful capture & presentation - you have such a good eye - I'm glad you had me stop the car!
Frank L Croston.: If proof were needed that there is no such thing as 'bad weather' the shots I took when we stopped that day prove it to me. Thanks Elizabeth.

The naked trees seem to be reaching, clawing at the space around them Frank. Very good snapshot.
Frank L Croston.: A nice description, Andrew. Thank you.

Frank L Croston.: Thank you very much Astrid, glad you like it.
I very much like the finish to this one Frank, in the old days in clubs this would be called 'soot and whitewash'.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks Brian. Soot and whitewash..Not heard that one, I can see what you mean though.
OM, Frank. This should be hanging on your wall somewhere! A Likey for me, too.
Frank L Croston.: It may end up on one sometime, thanks Ginnie.

Another wall hanger! You really have to do an exhibit...do you ever put your images on canvas?
Frank L Croston.: I don't have enough walls! We keep meaning to, maybe the next time I'm in Flagstaff ( not long now )Not put any on canvas, only prints.
