I thought I knew this place pretty well. Now I'm going to have to go back to see what I missed. Fabulous picture, Frank.
Frank L Croston.: I'm sure you do, Graeme, this view is from the field opposite the lakeside theatre. We were blessed with wonderful light. Thanks.

Yet I could have imagined that this UNESCO site was in the US.
Frank L Croston.: I suppose there are some places like this, Andrew, but this is the best one. smile
Now a world heritage site...one of several in this country so why the media has to act as if it is the first one and compare it with the Taj Mahal is beyond me
Frank L Croston.: Your answer is right there, Bill....The media.....

The little piece of lawn (bottom right) distracts somewhat from an otherwise excellent picture.
Frank L Croston.: Ha, you know Louis, I think you said the same thing when I posted this before ( I've reworked it) obviously I don't learn. Thanks. smile
stunning shot, Frank. i like the atmosphere you captured here.
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Ayush, it was a lovely evening.
The foreground bushes and trees are marvelous.

Beautiful image Frank, shame it wasn't like this last week!
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Brian, I'm sorry you got bad weather, nothing is guaranteed in the Lakes.
Ain't misty mornings wonderful?
Frank L Croston.: I expect they are Tom...I can't remember the last one I saw...This was a sunset smile
