Think of the photo-opportunities, Frank!
Frank L Croston.: I'm thinking, and doing nothing else, Ray. smile

Frank L Croston.: Glad you do, Ray.
Great shot, Frank! This was a nice find!
Frank L Croston.: Wasn't it , I was pleased to go back and capture it. Thanks Elizabeth.

J'aime bien cette petite maison enneigée. Jolie photo.
Frank L Croston.: Me too, Martine, I saw it and went back later to take the photo. Thank you.

And there was me thinking Arizona is the hottest, driest, most infested with rattlesnakes place on the whole dang planet..
Frank L Croston.: Wrong.....

We have got soft in England over the last few years, Frank
Frank L Croston.: Very true, everyone, well mostly, 'cept those softies from Phoenix smile Is prepared, and equipped for this weather here, I'm enjoying it.
I can see your eyes lighting up with photo opportunities.
Frank L Croston.: I'm heading out later, Bill, looking forward to it.

Right... where's my passport? Get the guest room ready; I'll be there on Thursday. This is a fabulous image (the photo; not the thought of me turning up on your doorstep..), the colours work so well with the scene. That poor has to go, though; it is not the same style as the rest of the building.
Frank L Croston.: I'll put the kettle on, and I have a HUGE carrot cake I got for my birthday, see you Thursday smile
I hope you are making Frank dig a path out Elizabeth.
Frank L Croston.: You know her too well, Andrew. smile

Very picturesque, proper home from home.
Frank L Croston.: You know that saying about the camera never lies....smile
Are you minding the snow terribly? If you dress properly you won't be cold.
Frank L Croston.: So far I'm loving it, Mary, don't worry, I'm dressed for it.
Looks way to cold for me Frank.
Frank L Croston.: Ya wimp!
Not having been there in winter before I guess this came a as bit of shock to the system Frank. Quite a nice cabin isn't it, although I agree with Alan about the door.
Frank L Croston.: No, I've been here before in the snow, Brian, though not the two feet or so we have at the moment. It could do with some work, not only the door.

I see the icicles, too - I remember such a winter in my childhood. Do you live in such a home?
Frank L Croston.: I love icicles, I'm hoping to go and find some really big ones later. Our house is much newer, and larger, doesn't have as much character though.

What a lovely image - I hope you are managing to keep warm!
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, Anne, I kept warm this morning by helping to dig out a neighbours car, she's a student at N.A.U. her first time driving in the snow, ( from Phoenix, they only know heat! ) Her car was under two feet of snow, and the snow plough had made a wall around it ! But between us, she made it.

Great shot! Makes me want to set a fire in the fireplace (or just turn on the gas), and sip some hot chocolate. Of course, today we have a high of 80 degrees so I won't be doing that.
Frank L Croston.: Thanks, It does make you want to do that smile 80degrees? Where are you ?
great find and composition Frank... love to see snow in Flagstaff....petersmile
Frank L Croston.: Thank you, Peter, I just got back from a walk around, LOTS of snow, great fun.
You'll just have to fall back on the typical Brit response to such weather, and stay in bed!
Frank L Croston.: No,no, Tom, I just got back from a walk downtown, too good to miss!
I like the blanket of snow on everything here... but then I'm a Canadian who is used to Canadian winters with lots of snow.

Oh and I missed your bday so...
... ... HAPPY BIRTHDAY FRANK ... ...
Frank L Croston.: Thanks for the Birthday greeting, Jacquelyn. We have a couple of feet of snow here at the moment, so far I'm enjoying it! smile
